QuanLee Overseas Warehouse ,namely Shandong QuanLee Overseas Warehouse was jointly initiated by Commercial vehicle parts production and marketing association,Shandong Automobile Parts Chamber of Commerce and Shandong Quanlee Real Estate Co.,Ltd .It was founded in early 2018 and put an initial investment of 200 million yuan to construct a 50 thousand square meters of overseas warehouse in Lagos,which is known as Quanlee Overseas Warehouse (Nigeria) Limited.Through the construction and operation of QuanLee Overseas Warehouse in Nigeria, we will innovate the whole domestic industrial goods trade exporting and provide a pilot for cross-border e-commerce model.As the main initiator of QuanLee overseas warehouse,Shandong Automobile Parts Chamber of Commerce was officially established on May 27, 2014 with the approval of Shandong Provincial Civil Affairs Department. At present, it has almost 600 member units. Its member enterprises cover many categories of automobile parts production, sales and marketing. Its product management covers more than 100 kinds of vehicles, including China Heavy Truck, Shannxi Automobile, Sany Heavy Industry, Weichai and Yuchai,among which, Sinotruk has 97 importers worldwide. It amounts to tens of billions of yuan. Business network is distributed in Shandong, Shanghai, Yunnan, Hebei, Henan and more than 20 provinces and cities. QuanLee overseas warehouse built a professional platform of cross-border export e-commerce + overseas warehouse based on the construction principle of extensive consultation, joint construction and sharing.It provides China's heavy vehicle and commercial vehicle parts enterprises with services of importing, warehousing, logistics, trade processing and exporting ,sales ,transportation of used car ;trailer factory production processing and marketing ;supply chain finance and other trade industry chain services.We help and promote Chinese auto parts companies to tap the African market. As the executive director unit and chief executive unit of cross-border e-commerce association , since its establishment, QuanLee overseas warehouse successively reached cooperation agreement with the world-renowned accounting firm PWC,signed an overseas cooperation agreement with Switzerland's fudelin group,signed the service contract agreement with shouguang cross-border industrial park, ,reached a letter of intent for cooperation in the overseas market With yizheng, golden eagle, power and more than 10 domestic well-known auto parts manufacturers ,reached cooperation agreements with well-known international shipping and freight forwarding companies such as cosco shipping and chengtai group and signed a first-level agent cooperation agreement with SINOTRUST group.At present, QuanLee has realized the operation of double warehouses in Lagos and abuja of Nigeria, with the total area of overseas warehouses reaching more than 5,000 square meters. QuanLee overseas warehouse sends two batches of goods worth about 5 million yuan to the Nigerian warehouse every month, with an average annual shipment of over 60 million yuan.The regular inventory of Nigeria overseas warehouse exceeds 30 million RMB. It is estimated that QuanLee overseas warehouse will achieve an annual output value of 1 billion yuan by 2020.
